the guy could have pulled the script from his ass, it could be real, it could be fake or maybe a little purple monster sat on his shoulder and whispered it to him. But no matter how the script was made, that movie sucks and I'm seriously disappointed that I spent money on it. If it was a box office flip why do so many people on THESE boards like it so much? Because it's about all those drugs? If you want a good drug movie, which Johny Depp, none the less, go see blow. Now that was a good movie.

I agree with that. I was sorely dissapointed. Johnny Depp is one of the most over rated actors. He has this thing about The Fast Show, its a sketch show from the 90's in the UK with 7 or so random comedy actors who came together and filmed some crazy skits. You will find plenty examples on you tube. It was very funny when it came out, and Depp became a huge fan because he loved the idea of playing really eccentric comedy characters. I see his performance in FALILV as him acting out his personal dream to be in the Fast Show, which i think he was at one point near the end of its life when it had become way formuliac and lame. I don't think he fitted the role, and his bad performance kind of ruined the whole film for me and became the focus of my attention so I can't really say otherwise if i woud have liked it. i tink I like the other guy though, he was OK.
