my wife once tried something similar... i called her bluff... i still smoke and i still got her...

if they really are your friends they won't ditch you just because you refuse to give it up... although if you might have a problem... maybe you should cut down some...

a problem doesn't even mean you don't do it everyday... a problem is when it starts getting in the way of your life.... when you need food or something and spend it on drugs or alcohol, or you steal to supply your habbit.. or keep losing jobs over it ect ect...

shit when i worked i came home to beer every damn day, if not beer and bud... but i was always there at work, early the next day.. i never let drugs/alcohol get in the way of my life... well there was this one time, doing somethign i can't speak of here.... both me and my brother got really into it, but then he quit doign it and i was still doing it every single day... me and him got in a huge ass fight over it... and this isn't soemthing you can do and function, so it was getting in the way of my life... but i was addicted to it and i couldn't see clearly really... i ended up kicking my brother out because of it...

later i finally 'woke up' and saw what it was doing to me... and i stopped and never picked it up again... of course there are times when i still want to, but i won't let myself relapse... haven't touched the shit in over 2 years now...

maybe you should re-evaluate yourself, to make sure their thoughts aren't grounded... maybe you do have a problem but you just can't see it cuz you're not looking for it? only you can really tell you if you have a problem.. other people can just bring it to your attention.
