Yeah, me too. I travel a lot some months and can't get ripped, so when I do I take sweet crystalized ginger with me and pop a couple of pieces if I start to feel rough. It can turn me around in about ten minutes and take the worst of the pain away.

Wow, i've heard good things about ginger recently, where could i find sweet crystalized ginger though? Do they sell it in grocery stores?
