Well Indica is just a species of Cannabis, along with Cannabis Sativa and Cannabis Ruderalis. It's just that Indica and Sativas are the mostly used since it's claimed that those are the two out of the three with the highest cannabinoid production. Trainwreck, Norther Lights, O.G. Kusk, those are all just strain names that fall under the category of being either a Sativa bred or Indica bred plant or a hybrid of the two species combined. But if you are buying from dealer most of the time you don't have to ask for anything because they'll probably just give you what ever they have lol. If you have Medical Card or something like that they might give you a list of their available strains. I don't really know how that works though so w/e.
