DON'T GIVE UP!

I suggest that you be in your own home. On your couch. Noone is expected to come over, you don't need to be anywhere for 2-3 hrs.

Keep going, gauge yourself. Try just one hit next time. Theres no law that says you have to smoke a certain amount. When i first started (which i sort of started late relatively) I would worry sometimes about driving home. I would need to stop by the store, but didn't want to because I was a little paranoid. After about 3 months, I was making it a point to smoke BEFORE I ran errands. I was no longer paranoid and was 'in control'. Be very careful in public.

Keep going. I am a happy optimistic person as it is, but I don't think its possible to be high and unhappy.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:
If you or someone you know is having a panic-attack, or is 'freakin out', give them a dark soda. It will calm them down. Pepsi/Coke, Dr Pepper

Oh, and be well fed. If you need to be calmed down, eat something too.
