Smoking wet weed

I was just wondering because i get a lot of poorly dried bud but i usualy smoke it anyway. Is smoking wet weed any more bad for you than normally dried weed? if so what is decent quick way to dry small amounts of weed (1/8th,1/4)

Its winter where I am and this time of year I see a lot of poorly-dried weed too. I hate it!
You can leave the bag open overnight in the dry air and let it dry out, but imo then the smoke becomes harsh.
