If customs would have opened it you would have gotten a letter from customs saying the seeds were confiscated.

You covered your ass by sending it to another address.

Last time I ordered from GSA I did not have to sign and everything was sealed and wrapped up nicely. It is obvious that was not the case this time. I did have them mailed to a different address than where I am growing. Should I be nervous about the package being opened up or any I just paranoid? Rating: 5
