it doesn't really matter whether you go hydro or soil as it relates to scrog. as long as you have a way to secure the screen above the grow medium you should be fine. i grew scrog in soil regularly but i did do a single plant dwc scrog one time with great results. good luck whatever you decide
justaseed Reviewed by justaseed on . scrog ??? hydro or soil ??? i was talking to my local hydro store owner and i was telling him i was planning on growing scrog and he told me that if i was going to do a scrog to use soil instead of hydroponics is there any reason why one would be better then the other if i would do hydro i would do a ebb & flow table?
