It's probably Perlite or Vermiculite. It's a common, cheap soil medium growers use. Finding small pieces is sometimes common is mass produced crops. It's hard to maintain every single bud cropped, so some pieces get caught here and there.

Nothing to worry about. Just remove it and carry on smoking.
Nochowderforyou Reviewed by Nochowderforyou on . Whats in my weed? So I was breaking up a nug to smoke in my bong and the nug had these rock salt sized white pieces of stuff in it. About 3 pieces total. The chunks are white and crystally and pretty much disinegrate if you crumble them. Don't really smell like anything, and I don't want to taste it.
