Cheap Grow Lights
That's why I was gonna try LST'ing my plants. Tying them down so everything flowering on the plant will be exposed to the light so I don't have to worry about lights for the bottom of the plant.

the reason you choose to grow with cfl is heat, not cost. a 250w hps will be much more efficient than a cfl solution. bob was using 600w's of cfl. in the end you'll end up spending more on electricity. HOWEVER, if HEAT is an issue, that's when you go with cfl, not to reduce costs

Cheap Grow Lights
I've ordered 2 lights, a 400w HPS, and a High Output T5 fluorescent from
eBay Store - High Tech Garden Supply: Light Bulbs Lamps, Advanced Nutrients, T-5 FLUORESCENT Grow Lights
They both work great, and my plants have done amazingly well. They're the cheapest I've found.Every man has inside himself a parasitic being who is acting not at all to his advantage
