Markass just got 2 of the 250w. hps from Insidesun . The only Downfall i see is what Stinky already pointed out w/ the cords being hardwired to ballast . That can be chgd. for cheap $6.00 in pts. at homedepot to chop cord -n- add a male / female cord end near the ballast . BLK - WHT- GRN it's easy .

I saw your other thread -n- you were lookin at a self contained 250w hps. hydrofarm econo maybe ? I have 1 in a 6ft x 2ft x 1.5ft. c-13 cabinet and it does a good job . But for a decent size space its useless w/ bulb way up inside the hood . Also your always stuck w/ the heat of your ballast inside closet / cabinet cause it's up inside the hood . I'll post a cabinet pic. w/ it in it later .

As far as reflector you can always get a cooltube or dif. hood later dwn the road . A cheap cooltube is only like 69.00 now if you dont like the batwing .

If moneys tight it might be easier to research and choose a low odor strain and try to mask the smell verses filter it ? A good fan / carbonfilter combo is expensive .

You shouldn't have many probs. man . You've been doing your homework . You been popin up in dif. grow foroums latley peepin -n- plannin .
You too will soon be free of Doo Doo weed , asshole dealrs and be self sufficiant .
