Doctor/Patient breach of confidentiality
no I never signed anything like that. I was concerned that possibly he wasn't bound by the same laws as other professionals. In any case, I do want to do something even if all it does is make it less likely that he'll disrespect someone else the same way in the future. Thank you for responding
Don\'t smoke cannabis to relieve anger, but rather as a reward for working soberly through anger.
Life is too entertaining for higher powers not to be watching closely.
A rule really only needs to be followed by those who do not know why it is a rule.
