is anyone still in on this? I have a 1 inch sprout out of one glass... the other has rooted but has yet to sprout.

edit: lemme correct that. the second one has sprouted, just barely. it's stem is just starting to stick out of the soil. yippee!

Shot Glass Grow Competition. yes, that's right. we will be growing a plant in a 1 oz. shot glass. no flamers please. this is an experiment for fun only. chances of hermie are great, chances of male (if from bean) are high. we KNOW this; the poing is to see if the plant can survive in that small of a container. weve all seen weeds growing up through cracks in the side walk, this is the same principle. rules: you must use a 1 oz shot glass the shot glass must be clear, for honor system you may veg for 5 days Rating: 5

I wish I'd noticed this thread sooner. The last bud I bought was really good and had exactly four seeds hiding in it. I saved the seeds for a practice grow once my parents who are staying with me at the moment finally get to go home. I bought some really good seeds for several strains but the more I thought about it the more I realized it was silly to waste such expensive seeds on my first attempt. This shot glass grow idea is really interesting, and cute. Come on, say it with me friends. Midget Marijuana! Yayness! That is just too cute for words really. I hope they actually flower because I really want to see those pictures. Itty bitty budkins peeping out of shot glasses. LOL! Ok, sorry.
