    The Friendly Farmers need help.

Hello everyone. Currently gardening with NFT using 400 watt HPS with reflector, air and water temps consistently at optimum as is Ph. We are using Vitalink grow nutrients with Superthrive vitamin booster as per instructions. The plants are in 4" Grodan cubes and currently in the tank on week 4 of the veg cycle; as all can see the plants seem small, is this normal?

Also; the large leaves on a minority of the plants seem to be drooping and there is a dark green mold on the surface of some of the cubes! does anyone have any advice

Thanks very much in anticipation of any help.

cover the tops of the rockwool, get a black plastic bag and cut up some cubes and then a slit for the stem. Should help out with nay more algee, not sure how to get rid of it. they might be overwatered and nutes shouldnt be added unless using r/o water or u know what ur doing.

The babies are looking better as we have reduced nutrient amounts in the water available to them. Put in a fan to get some free flowing air in there. Here goes with the cling-film.

Repeat, after me......GROW YA BUGGERS!
