Lethal G's review on different cannabis cooking methods
Hello everyone!
I see a lot of people asking about the best method to use when cooking pot. So, I decided to take the time to review some of my experiences with the various methods I have used to cook weed. I hope you all enjoy this.
Note that the opinions in these reviews may not hold the same for everyone; I am simply sharing my experiences.
Firecrackers:
I've tried firecrackers on many different occasions, using regular peanut butter, organic peanut butter, and nutella. They don't work too well for me; there was only a few occasions where firecrackers actually gave me a good high. If you're going to try these, definitely try it with nutella or organic peanut butter. They are the only things that really work (and the organic PB definitely works better than nutella). If you're allergic to nuts, I guess you could try cheese instead, but I've never tried it this way. The cooking method that worked the best for me was very close to the recipe for firecrackers here on the forum, with variations in baking times (I always had to keep them in the oven a few mins longer for them to work well).

Canna-oil:
I've only tried cannabis oil once. It still worked like a charm, though. What I did for the oil is heated about 1/2 cup of vegetable oil on medium on my stove top until it got quite hot. I then added about 1/4th oz. of cannabis and immediately turned it to low and let it simmer for about 1/2 hour. I stirred it very vigorously during its cook time and then added it to brownies. It was a complete knockout, and I highly reccommend using oil for cannabis extractions. Next time I'm going to try it with a crock pot for a longer cooking time to increase potency (this worked well with cannabutter).
Cannabutter:
I've tried cannabis butter quite a number of times. There were a lot of disappointments in the beginning trying to cook it and wondering why I never felt any effects; I wasted a lot of weed trying to get it right. However, it has worked fairly well for me before. BobBong's recipe here seemed to work the absolute best (it was quite potent once I actually did the recipe right... lol). For those of you who are still afraid of burning your weed, use a crock pot or a slow cooker instead of the stove top, like I mentioned with the oil. I promise you it works and works well.

pancakes:
Yes, I've tried cooking it into pancakes. Suprisingly, it worked quite well. I attempted this quite a long time ago when I was still fairly new to pot. All I did was simply mix a few grams of weed into enough batter for 2 pancakes and fried them up. It tasted quite strange, but it worked. I wouldn't reccommend this too much if you don't like strong pot taste/leafage.
Tea (milk):
I've tried using milk before to make a drinkable form of cannabis. All attempts with using milk were a waste, even with whole milk. Even all the different cooking methods for weed milk never worked. I really don't reccommend anyone trying to cook their weed with milk.
Overall, my choice for cannabis cooking would be cooking it in butter or oil. They hide the taste very well in other recipes, and the two can be used in just about anything you cook.
