humidity

My hum. was @ about 10%...way too low. So I sprung for a humidifier... Now its @ about 50% on avg. Nice wide leaves. It goes through about 2 gal a day. Dunno if this is too much...Where does it all go? My exhaust fan blows alot of it out i guess.

But IMHO high humidity reduces transpiring, which...is...good?

thanks mate.Yea i need to sort something ou soon.In the veg phase i like the hum really high but it aint happening just now.thanks for the advice.Will let you know how i get on.

if himidity is really the problem, you could get a vaporizer, i remeber my sis had one for her asthma, fill it with a gal of water a day and it just evaporates the water. you could put it under the plants have it run on a schedualed timer so u dont get to moist, i was thinkin of doing this for my vegg plants but decided it wasnt to much of a problem, alot of my leaves are skinny but they do well.

i tryed to use a vaporizer in my room for a week and it did'nt bring the rh% none.. dont waist ur time..
