Okay last month I was in an accident, however I was NOT the driver of the car. I was transfered from the county hospital (who refused to look/touch/or see me) To a trauma hopsital. In the times of me being "out of it" and sick they ended up giving me a drug test(the county hospital did). I'm still unsure of why they did if they weren't "allowed" to touch me. So, they gave me a drug test, a BLOOD test, and it came back positive, 2 weeks later. I went into the doctors office( a different doctors office, a different doctor, who didn't take the drug test) to get my pain meds(from the wreck)Refilled, and they said they couldn't give me anymore because I test positive on my drug test.....So, what I want to know is what right did they have to give me a drug test, and should I discuss this with someone(it was the other persons fault in the wreck, and I WAS JUST A PASSENGER!) Does anyone know of why they tested me, and is it a violation of my privacy rights?Just wondering......

thanks
