Would a brownie be a bad first time?

So I finally convinced a friend who's never touched weed to try it this summer :thumbsup: The one thing is, he runs track, and wants to keep his lungs clear. I don't have a vape atm, so would brownies be okay? Or would that be too heavy? I don't want to get him too ripped to where he's uncomfortable.

I don't think it would create too much of a problem, just make sure you know what how is in the brownie if you don't want him to have an absurd time in outerspace. I would think 1-2g of mids in a brownie would get him pretty fucked up, but not so much where he is going to freak out.
