Cool, attic grows are easy to hide from your guests but hard to control climate.
I suggest making a roof vent and running your exhaust directly outside (scrub if you wish).
Also, get some drywall up to form the walls of your room.
I'll keep an eye on this... sounds like you have some wiring to do yet... put the veg and flower rooms on separate breakers if possible...

I solved my problem of not having power by finding a power cord (the white/black/ground wire) in my attic going to the overhead fluorescent lighting (4x 2ft T8s in a skylight looking case) in my legit grow room.
