hydroton question
i have a 4x6 ebb and flow tray and i have 6" net pots filled with hydroton holdin the plants.. right now im using these stupid cardbord strips to cover teh roots outside the tray but instead of doin that i just filled the whole tray with like 2.5" of hydroton to cover the roots. is this a good idea? it seems like it was too much of an easy solution and i havent seen anyone really doing it on the site.. let me know what you think
