You could if built a small glass building and supplied it with oxygen. You could see everything because it's glass. Imagine sitting back in a lawn chair staring at the earth, listening to some floyd and lighting a bowl for Buzz, lol. It could be done, bro!

I've always dreamed of being the first person to smoke weed in space. Imagine hotboxing the International Fucking Space Station. That would kick ass. Due to the weightlessness you'd probably want to smoke joints and blunts. Bowls and bongs are just asking for trouble.
