Dude if you start now, just drink as much as you can a day, make sure its water or gatorade. NOT SODA!!!

Then when you get up to 1 gallon a day for about a week you will be 100% fine, but remember THC is also stored in fat cells so working out and losing weight or building muscles will release the THC.

Make sure you don't drink anything the night before or the day of the test and eat about 5 oranges in that span, then RIGHT before you go for your piss test drink a big ol glass of water, this will make you need to pee and the oranges have enough free liquid in them to give you enough liquid in your bladder to pee, drinking the water just makes your body get rid of the pee you have because it knows its getting more water.

that way you wont get caught for an overly dilute sample (they would know you were flushing and bust your ass)
