the guy there uses some material it sais that the thing makes it so heat doesnt show on the other side im not sure check it out and see if that helps out.
Arrr i love that video! got it on the puter! the bloke who does the voice over sounds like he should be presenting a wildlife program about badgers or something.

After just moving house needed somewhere new to grow. The only space available was a shed! Grr. I hate sheds. But its all we had so weâ??ve had to make the best of it. This is what we did! As you can see in pic one it was full of stuff that took a good few days to remove. Once clean we decided to insulate the shed as best we could. We fixed mdf on to Rating: 5
