The metalic duct (stack) will not show the heat as they are are not good emitters of IR radiation. The warm as is also invisible to the IR cameras as long as it isn't vented right against the side of your shed (like a dryer vent).

sweet man! il have a look in to it! thanks for the info! i need to find some 1 with a IR Cam! id love to know how much heat if any the setup is giving off..

After just moving house needed somewhere new to grow. The only space available was a shed! Grr. I hate sheds. But its all we had so weâ??ve had to make the best of it. This is what we did! As you can see in pic one it was full of stuff that took a good few days to remove. Once clean we decided to insulate the shed as best we could. We fixed mdf on to Rating: 5
