Yep only shows surface heat and this is no good to the copper chopper on hot days as usualy the extrnal temp of roofs are higher the the internal room on hot summer days but come winter time its more a problem.Last year i was the only house on the street with no snow on my roof due to temp in attic.
Tom buds looked sweet man very nice.you doing another journal.davepostmandave Reviewed by postmandave on . The Shed-Log! Hello all! Welcome to the shed-log! Going to take you through how we made our shed then continue this thread and use it as the Grow Log. After just moving house needed somewhere new to grow. The only space available was a shed! Grr. I hate sheds. But its all we had so weâ??ve had to make the best of it. This is what we did! As you can see in pic one it was full of stuff that took a good few days to remove. Once clean we decided to insulate the shed as best we could. We fixed mdf on to Rating: 5

i know it don't see through things i know u know what i ment. that it could'nt pick up the heat past the lead. as lead don't retain heat. and is to dense to let the heat pass through it. so anyone with a brain will know what im talking about.

No problems, Palerider. The thing is, traditional home weatherization insulation methods are also the best methods for reducing heat detection by infrared, for example, fiberglass batting, foam board and vapor barriers. The other method of reducing IR detection is low emissivity materials or coatings on the exterior surfaces. Lead would not be the best material for either insulating or reducing emissivity.
However, lead is very effective at shielding RF (radio frequencies of the electro-magnetic spectrum).

i was just saying the stuff he was putting up could have it in it and im sure there are other things out there that will work as well. i myself would just build a grow room in a walk in freezer:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I worked in university in the mid 70s and the early evironmental chambers were exactly like walkin freezers with the addition of automatic watering, humidity, ventilation and light control etc.
