I'm a big guy at 6'4, and last summer I weighed in at 281.5lbs. Ouch! Now I'm down to 225lbs, but I want to get to 200 by this summer.

And fruit does kick ass! My fridge is now filled with cantaloupe, oranges, apples, pineapple and bananas. No more shit food, and salad too of course. Veggies and dip is good shit too. :thumbsup:
