You are actually doing almost as much as you can. basically you need to breakdown your fat molecules where the canabanoids are stored, exercise is the best way, i personally think you should have maxed out on the exercise and done it 5 times a week if you are serious about this test ( it would be difficult but necessary). Your metabolism needs to be as high as possible which can be done exercising, take a look at some intense fat loss products (legal ones of course) maybe at a local health store. Drink green tea, it has a similar effect to cranberry juice in breaking down fat. If you have one week left get on your exercise bike and push yourself. The only prob is that if you were a heavy smoker for 6 years if you got urself to about 10% body fat the remaining fat may still contain canabanoids...but u got nothing to loose really.

another tip would be by posting on an athletes website or body building website to see how they get their systems clean (steroid free mainly) before competitions
