and if you read the forums, youd know that exercising hardly works enough to be noticeable.

your best bet is to
1) NOT SMOKE till AFTER you are POSITIVE you passed.
2) Dont waste time drinking a lot of water.
3) Exercise, I guess, if that makes you feel better about it.


your best chance is substitution. I would reccomend a whizinator (I love mine), but since you seem to not be open to that...I dono what to tell you. If youve been smoking every day for 6 years, it may take some time, but I believe 37 days or whatever should be plenty.
