How much water do you drink per day?

Water is the most important thing that you can do for your body. I am not talking about how much water you drink before your next piss test.LOL That don't count. Neither does soda, tea or coffee.

I am saying on a regular basis do you consistently drink the recommended amount of water you should?

I drink about 2 20oz Aquafina's a day. Plus juice and milk..
But I should be drinking more. I am very inconsistent in my water intake...

I drink at least one 32oz nalgene bottle full of water a day.

i prolly drink about a half gallon to a gallon of water a day. idk why, im just like that

some days maybe a glass,,,others up to a 1/2 gallon... in the form of coffee def a 1/2 gallon...

I drink about 8-10 regular bottles of aquafina a day. With lots and lots of ice of course.

Short answer:

I start off the day by filling up two 1-liter Aquafina bottles from the filtered water that comes out of the refrigerator door. Then I drink those two liters each day. I started that about 7 years ago, and I've stayed with it fairly religiously. Helps my complexion stay clearer and my skin better hydrated. My eyes, which are uncomfortably dry these days, are wetter. My kidneys and bladder are well flushed and more resistant to infection. Everything works better when I'm drinking all my water. Sometimes in the summer when it's very hot or on days when I'm doing heavy exercise, I'll drink up to 3/4 of a third liter.

Two liters is a lot for me, and it keeps me in and out of the bathroom quite frequently, but I think the benefits outweigh that one disadvantage.

Probably around 10-12 glasses a day.
