I am not talking about how much water you drink before your next piss test.LOL That don't count. Neither does soda, tea or coffee. I am saying on a regular basis do you consistently drink the recommended amount of water you should? I drink about 2 20oz Aquafina's a day. Plus juice and milk.. But I should be drinking more. I am very inconsistent in my water intake... Rating: 5

it depends really. I dont drink that much pure water, but i drink alot of those frozen concentrate juices that are like 3/4 water and then about 1/2 gallon of milk a day.

At least 3/4's of a gallon, most days around a gallon or a bit more. Don't know why, but I've always consumed a lot of water. Definitely helps me feel more clear-headed than when I'm not drinking as much.
