Stoned penguin ketamine is Ketamine is a dissociative anaesthetic, developed in the mid 1960's, used primarily for veterinary anaesthesiology. Although Ketamine is not used medically on humans much because it induces psychedelic episodes in patients, it is still used for some limited human applications because it does not depress breathing or circulation. The amphetamines are not narcotics. Narcotics are drugs that induce sleep...amphetamines do the exact opposite. Its a common misunderstanding because the government decided to call the drugs they didn't like 'narcotics' which include actual narcotics such as opium/heroin.

Favorite drug here is MDMA, I couldn't understand why anybody would hate this drug.
