thc gave some great advice, but there are days, where Ive been without anger for so long, I just need to get mad because I cant handle the peace, when I have days like that, I often listen to some death or thrash metal, and I find that it works to watch a scary movie or just sit and think about how the world will come to an end, or merely thinking about going on a killing spree. Its kind of f*ed, but I get so excited imagining these things that I get happy and the anger is gone and I can carry out with my day
