I haven't heard that one...but I would suggest exercising prior to your test.

Sorry, but that guide is a bit silly...

An easier way would be to just simply start raising your metabolism. Drink lots of water (yes many days before the test, it DOES increase your metabolism) and do some cardio, or any type of workout.

Or you could just drink water all day everyday and have your urine so diluted that it doesn't even matter.
