Sorry if this has been posted before. Anyways, check it out:
Drug Test 911
Pass a test within 8 days, unfortunately it's for low moderate users, not for people that smoke excesively. But I guess it can still help some people out.

IM FEMALE 5FT 1 AND 160PDS IM ALSO ON HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS.I SMOKED EVERYDAY FOR 7YRS ,I TOOK MY LAST PUFF DEC 31 06 AND HAVEN'T SMOKED SINCE.I HAVE A PISS TEST TO TAKE IN 2 DAYS AND I DRINK WATER, GREEN TEA, CRANBERRYJUICE.DO YOU THINK I'LL PAST THE TEST OR CAN YOU OFFER ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.I EVEN WENT TO A STORE THAT SELL VOODOO AND HERBS AND TALK TO THE LADY AND SHE DON'T SMOKE ,BUT SAID IF I HADN'T SMOKED SINCE DEC THAT IT SHOULDN'T BE NO PROBLEM WHAT YA'LL THINK

Does anybody know why you shouldn't exercise 1-2 days before the test? I thought sweating as much as possible was a good thing.

An easier way would be to just simply start raising your metabolism. Drink lots of water (yes many days before the test, it DOES increase your metabolism) and do some cardio, or any type of workout.
Or you could just drink water all day everyday and have your urine so diluted that it doesn't even matter.
