I'm trying to get into a university this fall. And I need to know exactly what I have on it, accomplishments like honor roll, Dean's List, etc. Who do I contact to get a copy of it?

Are you in high school and now going to college? Or have you been at one colllege and are now trying to move to a bigger university? If it's the former, you can get that sort of thing from your school's administrative and/or counseling office. If it's the latter and you need those things from a college, you go to the registrar, which should have a transcript office. In my experience, Dean's list isn't usually something that's added to your transcript. It's just a designation based on a semester's grades according to whatever academic standards your learning institution has specified for that honor. Once you finish a degree, if it's with honors, high honors, or highest honors, that goes on your transcript.

might want to call your high school for your transcript, but I have all my school awards and semester grades since 5th grade in a binder. I even have an award from the president. tehehe,

why don't you apply to community college and transfer to a real college after that
they are way less strict and if you get good grades then you can transfer almost everywhere but ivy league regardless of horrible high school grades
