About a half a week from harvest on my first run, currently growing 2000 watts of Sour Diesel. Things have gone much smoother than I anticipated a first grow going, very happy to see. Have had friends come over who have been doing this type of thing for a long time and tell me I'm doing alot better than when they started, and that they think I will yield in between 1.5-2.0 pounds - not bad for the first run right!?? :thumbsup:

I vegged for about three weeks (too long) Things have become a bit crowded up top, you live and you learn right.

I am planning my next grow, and I considering growing the Sour Diesel in a Sea of Green format next time. The plants that have currently are very tall (they were 18 inches when they were forced flowered, and about tripled that height during blooming) I am highly considering a Sea of Green grow method for the next run. What makes for a good strain to be grown in Sea of Green? I have noticed that my colas are not huge by any means with my current grow, lots of the weight in bud will be coming from secondary shoots. This leads me to believe a SOG method might actually product more bud.

If you guys could tell me what strains you find to be idela with a SOG, and why I would be highly appreciative. It seems the whole idea behind the SOG is you have twice as many plants (right?) that yield less than the plants you vegged for three weeks...am I correct? Thanks in advance.
