How to send a Private Message?

Has to be a way right? I can't find it. Have wanted to send quite a few people a private message. Any help is appreciated!

there is no private messaging program here, and there is also no member program in place at this time...you can get their info off their profile, if it is there...if not, there isnt much you can do...
