Like you collar, wrists, ankles and waist. Those are the places snow will get in and make you down right miserable. Use gloves that have Velcro straps to tighten, wear super long socks and get snow pants that tighten at the ankle and have a liner that you can tuck into your boots, and most jackets have a bungee pull cord to tighten it around your waist. there are also these little slip on hoods with a pull cord that go down to about your shoulders that will keep you warm and dry.

Otherwise be prepared for misery since you're used to such warm weather.
My jacket rocks...it has things called gators attached to the inside part of the end of the sleeve that wraps around your hand and has a thumb hole...so when you put your gloves on...there is no way in hell snow is getting in.

...and inside my jacket is a skirt that attaches around your waist and then attaches to your pants..
..so again...no snow getting in my pants!!!

annnd the end of my pants attachs to the laces on my boots....so not snow getting in my pants!!!...

So I'm totally freakin' stoked.

...and this is the only picture I have of my ass, sorry about the blue jeans.
