don't fuck with prozac (it'll get you high but recreational doses are also couple with horrible side effects... it's just not worth the risk)
as for phenazopyridine, well.... it's a med used to treat urinary tract infections and shit. so unless you've lived a life of constant burning of the urethra, i'd say you wouldn't get very happy from it.
your best bet is the neurotin, although i have never tried it and therefore DO NOT recommend it. http://www.erowid.org/experiences/su...bapentin.shtml there are several reports there about what the trip is like, i'd read ALL of them (positive and negative both.... although i can't seem to find any bad trip reports on it hm..) to get a grasp of what it's like. from what i've read it will get you pretty high on large doses, and give you a mild buzz off lower ones.

nutshell:
Neurontin 100mg ----- i'd say this is your best shot, although you need to make that decision yourself. if i had some, i might dabble with a 1000mg dose spanned across a few hours (250-300mg/hour), but i'd make sure i knew as much as possible before hand. i don't know shit about it, so at the moment i wouldn't even touch the stuff. take time to learn about it (read experiences, gather recommended doseage data, recreational dosage data, learn side-effects, etc) before you do it.

fluoxetine(prozac) 20mg ----- DO NOT get high off this shit

phenazopyridine 200mg ----- good LUCK getting high off this shit... DO NOT bother.
