yeah, but as i said above, that applies when both participants are under 18... once you're 18, you're an adult, and it's considered taking advantage of a minor if you have sex with someone under 18...

technically i don't agree with the law... i mean on some points it's good.. but you can (and probably will atleast in my state) be prosecuted if you're partner is 17 1/2 and you're offically 18... i really don't understand how 6 extra months all the sudden could make it legal (other then that is the law written) i mean the quarrel, is 'kids' don't know what they're actually doing... but at 17 1/2.. you're not going to learn awhole lot more by the time you're 18....

but that is the law.

Im in quite a situation, I had sex with my neighbor and it was her first time now she is getting a littly clingy and like really weird. I go to her house every morning to wait for the bus and I dont really want a relationship.
