1st off, I love your posts...but this is an appraisal, and you don't want to have it smell nasty in the house. Bake some bread, cook something that smells wonderful, maybe have some kind of red sauce just bubbling on the stove.

Good smells make people feel happy, and you want this guy to appraise your house for as much as possible, I'd think, home equity and all.

My wife and I have been through this (not with a growroom, I built it after the most recent refi) so many times, both with the home we live in and another that we rent out.

A little background I have 11 6" vegging plants in a dryer housing, about 8 clones working on roots in a dryer drum, and 7 plants 4 weeks into flower in their own little room. You can look at my pic to see what I'm talking about. We have a guy who is going to make an appointment to appraise the house that means going through the whole house. The dryer should be easy enough to camoflauge(sp?) and the little plnats easy enough to hide. I don't know if we have enough junk to pile up around the Rating: 5
