It will work if, like Scarlet says, you use a LOT.

Does anyone know what a lot is. I am not a cook, so how much is a lot, say if I am making cookies or brownies?
I probably have one fourth of a large paper grocery bag of leaves. More is drying.

you would litteraly need to eat a salad, the whole plant; thc count is low in males...
plus, you would have to cook it in butter or fatty oil.... you could try making cannabutter out of the whole plant. that might do something for you...

Yep. For average trim in cookies I'd use 40-50 gms of dried strained leaves etc if I were using a male plant.
(That's about 1 and 1/2 oz) And I throw in an extra egg to help with the extra dried bulk.
