ya flate white is good. u may want to pick up a 6 pack of 25 watt cfls and turn off the hps tell it comes time to flower, cfls were well for vegging cause they can be placed almost ontop of the plant therefor keeping the plant small and tight nod spaces.

if it were me id pick up a 6 pack of 25 watts and 6 ceiling sockets from walmart and veg with that, then turn on hps +cfls for flower and give it that extra bost of light it needs for flowering.
