im gonna quit, starting......5 days ago

i havent had a cigarette since sunday night

ive been sick. so ive felt like shit. couldnt seperate the sick from the feen feeling, so i did just fine.

can i ask how long you been smoking for ???

been about 4-5 years for me the longer you smoke the harder it is and right now its so hard for me i think its literally impossible even though i know its not its really HARD!!!! lol

I just did the exact same thing, it hurt my throat to smoke so I couldnt for a whole week and now I just dont feel like it anymore. I didn't even notice my fiending, getting sick is a big help

I always tried thinking I would have a head start but,,,never made it happen that way... I wish you the best in your effort... You should search this forum on the subject,,,you will find some great advice on quitting...

ive smoked a pack a day for like 2 and a half years. last few months ive cut it to a pack lasting me a day and a half, maybe even 2 days

ya my mom had to go to the hospital for a while and she decided to quit then. ithink that it has beeb 2 or 3 weeeks now
she is fine now

After 13 years of smoking I wanted to quit so I went out one night and got some Jack Daniels and some beer and bought two packs of Newports and smoked every single one of them. The next morning my throat was so messed up that I never touch them again.

lol i read you were getting all this alcohol and im thinking "man how is this dude not gonna smoke a cigarette????" you answered my question though lol.
