    poor mans grow room

I got some mylar wrapping paper from the dollar store 2 rolls.
I lined the inside and outside of the box with it.
I tore apart some old table lamps I had in the shed.
I stripped them and wired them all together.
    I went to wal-mart and bought 6 / 23 watt = 100 watt cfl bulbs (soft white)
I put the newly wired lights in the box that I lined.

Yes they have about 6-9 nodes so i am going to give them a week or 2 to get used to the MV light being replaced with CFL's then i will start to flower.

i would suggest a mix of both lights! with a tendency for more cool in veg and warm in flower (as trynagethigh rightfully suggested .) as it coves a wider more natural spectrum than either 1.

if your at about 9 nodes you better flower now and start LSTing as CFL's will not penetrate into the canopy wasting vast amount of light, just my opinion.

ill agree and say flower and if you can get some pics it would help.. about the cfls not penetrating canopy its correct but the best way to deal with this is LSTing and putting one or two cfls in the sides of the plant so those parts also get light.

I have 5 more 60 watt cfls that i will put inside the cannopy when I start to flower.
I hope to have enough damk to be able to go oout and purchase a HPS system so i can really start to grow.
