Yeah I used to take wax and roll oregano in it. I've never tried to scam anyone, but my friend tried to trick me once (just said "check out this huge bud I got!") so I tried it for myself and my my sis was like "nice weed where'd you get it" and I was like "I made it!"

That'd be a better scam 'cause it'd weigh more...not to give people ideas. But its too obvious from smell, and you can see the wax.

Anyway, I doubt I'd be tricked by corn syrup, because its just really not hard to tell real weed from fake weed. Oregano does not hairs, remember. Now not all bud has noticeable hairs, but oregano just has a different mix to it. Thats why oregano can't even pass for shake to most people, completely different consistency.

I wouldn't worry, unless your a newbie. Isn't smell usually one of the tests you do when making a deal anyway? Obviously you wanna' look at it at first, but even if you don't take out a nug and smell it, I usually get a nice wiff once the bag is pulled out.
