Most states the age is 16 or 17, there are some that make you wait till your 18.

Some states also have factors that are considered, are you in school, Criminal Past etc.

Sounds to me like you gut busted by your parents for smoking weed and your probably Boiling right now, and just wana leave.

I was wondering if any one could help me found out what's the legal age for you to not need a parent guardian..in other words what is the legal age where I can move away without my parents doing anything about it.
