to become emancipated you have to generally be 14-18 and have to have a damn good reason. I got emancipated at 16 but its cuz I got married.... I don't recommend going to that extreme though. but yea 18 years old to move out and they can't do shit. Some states its 18 or highschool grad.

I was wondering if any one could help me found out what's the legal age for you to not need a parent guardian..in other words what is the legal age where I can move away without my parents doing anything about it. I'm pretty sure it's 18 but I'm just hoping that some how it got moved to 17 for what ever reason so I can move this year lol. Rating: 5
