fuck that where i come from if the cops had done that shit they would have called it probable cause the rape jerkist would have gotten shafted on his door by the city ... if he goes to court and can make a judge or jury belief that he believed that there was a young women being raped upstairs he should be let off because around here all you need to use lethal force is the belief you or others are being threatened with life or limb dudes gonna need an attorney though especially if he wants a chance in hell of getting his sword back

LOL, this reminds me of an embarrassing situation I had with my neighbor in my first apartment. Every night about 1:30 in the morning me and my girlfriend would get woken up by the folks downstairs watching porn turned up really loud. Our walls were pretty thin and we could hear everything and usually it was some s&m, bondage type stuff, always very vocal and descriptive. My girlfriend and I both had classes early in the morning and getting woken up every night was getting pretty old. So, one day I see the chick outside and ask if she could keep the tv down after midnight. She just gave me a blank look and said "we don't have a tv".
