One last question before you leave, Woulnd flushing the plants with tap water that not the perfect 6.3 I,m afrai it could mess up the ballance in the soil ?

Should I PH my water before to a perfect 6.3 or is the tap water safe even if it not perfect PH ?

you could flush with tap water the higher PH will rid of some of your PH soil, you seem to have quite a few plants but a method i use is to fill your tub until the water is at the pots edge and leave them in this about 20-30 min to soak up the water, then let them drain and the water should be yellowish which is the salts that cause PH lockout.

then i give them the usual watering and 1/4 nutes and let them fully dry out before i do anything further.

You don't WANT 6.3 in soil! You really want 6.8!!!
City water is usually around neutral, or that's how the city wants it, so pipes don't corrode. I just flush with plain city water but I read the little report every year about the water uqality that they send out.

You could do that I guess but the 3x volume method is pretty much accepted. Plus mmmmmm floating perlite and clogged drains!!!

1000W HPS (One of the good brand .. Paid 85$ for it at the Hydro shop)

I did not have time to flush them last night so I will do it this comming sunday and yes, my tap water is 6.7 PH.

I know everyone seems to think 6.3 is too low for a soil grow but what can I say, thats what they recomend for soil at advanced nutrient : Nutrients | General Hydroponics | Hydroponic Fertilizer Supplies

Will let you know sunday how it went ... Still, they look like the needed more food as they where all geting so pale so I feed them last night. If they look like they are having a hard time tonight or saturday, I will flush right away !

Was just reading thru this thread. Flush and continue as normal is excellent advice. The problem with your plants is that they are starving. The reason being because you are only feeding them crumbs because of your fear of damaging them further after the veg. burn. If a human had a dietry problem which caused him/her to be ill, would you starve them as a remedy ? I don't think so....wash out the plants and get back to a correct feeding regimen ASAP
